Your 14-day right (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from your first Pro purchase to change your mind. Email hello@wi.fo within 14 days and we’ll refund your first payment in full.

After 14 days and renewals

Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-used periods after the first 14 days unless the law requires it.

Dashboard → Plan → Cancel, or email hello@wi.fo.

Free plan

The Free plan is free, so there is nothing to refund.
