Terms

The rules for using wi.fo.

1. Who we are

wi.fo is operated by Sven Jeurgens (a sole proprietorship / eenmanszaak registered in the Netherlands), KvK 86357336 (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@wi.fo. These terms govern your use of wi.fo, mi.fo and related subdomains (the “Service”).

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most features. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to sign up.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use wi.fo to:

Short links and profiles pointing to illegal or harmful content may be removed, and abusive accounts suspended.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (links, profile, images) and grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan is offered as-is and may change over time. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually via our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Cancellation, refunds and your right of withdrawal

See our Refund & Withdrawal Policy at wi.fo/refund, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep wi.fo running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Features may change, and we may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes go to the competent Dutch court, without removing consumer protections you have where you live.
