Print a QR code for a physical item — a keychain, a laptop, a bag — and stick it on. Scanning it normally opens your wi.fo profile: your links, your socials, everything. It’s a way to put your profile on things, not just share a URL.

Marking something lost
If the item actually goes missing, open the tag in your dashboard and click Mark as lost. Write a message and a contact method — how a stranger can reach you to arrange a return. That’s the only thing anyone who scans the code sees. No profile, no name, nothing that leads back to where you live — a lost set of keys shouldn’t double as a map to your front door. Click Mark as foundonce it’s back, and the tag goes right back to opening your profile.
Use a contact method you’re fine with a stranger seeing while it’s active — a phone number or a spare email, not anything permanently tied to your identity.
